Roczar Healthcare of America Inc DBA Doctor AllWays is an administrative and technology service platform. Doctor AllWays is not a medical or healthcare provider. We have contracted with independent healthcare providers who provide non-emergency general health services ("Providers"). Doctor AllWays does not refer or recommend any physician or medical practice.

1. Information We Collect

Throughout this Privacy Policy we use the term "personal information" to describe data that identifies you or makes you identifiable. WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY ENROLL OR COLLECT INFORMATION DIRECTLY FROM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN.

When you use the Application or Services, we automatically collect information about the Services you use and how you use them.

Doctor AllWays may collect health information about you or an individual for whom you are requesting services. Roczar Healthcare of America Inc DBA Doctor AllWays does not have independent access to Providers' detailed medical records created as a result of a visit.

d. Self-Reported Information

Certain features may give you an opportunity to interact with us and others (forums, feedback forms, message boards, chats). When you use these features, information you submit may be publicly available. We are not responsible for your disclosure of information through these interactive features.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To Provide Our Services: We process Personal Information to provide you with our Services, coordinate Visit requests, and process payments.
  • To Provide Service-Related Communications: We send transactional messages about your account, billing, results, surveys, support, policy changes, and other Service-related notifications.

Children under the age of 18 may not use the Application. If you seek a Visit for a minor, you will be responsible for providing information related to the minor and paying for the Visit.

Our Application or website may contain links to websites or applications operated and maintained by third-parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies for these third-party sites may be different from our Privacy Policy. You access these sites at your own risk. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by: clicking "unsubscribe" in our emails; replying "STOP" to text or WhatsApp messages; or contacting our support team. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent you from receiving important transactional communications related to your appointments and healthcare services.
